Job Description

The Danny Day Agency is seeking an Account Manager for our Personal Lines insurance to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for working directly with our customers on a proactive basis with the intent of increasing the retention of our customer base and cross-selling our book of business. You will generate results by advising prospects on property and casualty insurance and cross-selling new policies all while delivering an amazing experience to our customers. Team Work and Customer Experience are super important to our agency.


We are looking for self-driven individuals who are ''A'' players and want to make a great living! Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You MUST have a Property & Casualty Insurance License. Our training and resources are top-notch and if you have what it takes, we will take care of getting you up to speed. Your main goal will always be to put the prospect's best interest first in order to properly protect them.


We have multiple locations here in California. There is a lot of room to grow on our team and room for advancement. We will coach and train you as you move up in the company. Salary Range: $60000.00 - $85000.00 per year

THE INTERVIEW:

Responsibilities

  • Build amazing relationships with our clients
  • Assist customers with their policies
  • Generate Proactive Retention based Processes.
  • Call clients at their Renewals, Birthdays, and Anniversaries
  • Review insurance policies with our clients
  • Cross-Sell new insurance policies
  • Ensure that our Agency Processes are followed on a consistent basis with all clients.
  • Share training and education knowledge along with your expertise with other team members
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting
  • Achieve Sales Goals


Requirements
  • CA P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License <<
  • 1yr Insurance Sales or Service Experience <<
  • 5yrs Sales & Customer Service Experience <<
